Should I buy a Macbook Pro or Hp Envy 14 Beats edition?

I am at a loss! I don't know which laptop to get I am really good with computers, so its not about ease of use. The Macbook Pro is all around popular. The Hp envy 14 beats edition looks cool and right now you get a free 4gb xbox with it when you buy a pc. I have an hp at home, and my high school used mac's so not one that im more used to. This is to last for college: price isn't an issue but I like getting a good deal!. My other sort've dilemma is I heard theres not alot of programs available on Macbooks as there is Pc's, and they don't get upgrades as often as windows does. eg skype. Just little stuff! but idk it might annoy me, but macbooks look cool... but the envy edition glows red! so yeah help :(Should I buy a Macbook Pro or Hp Envy 14 Beats edition?
I will strongly recommend you Apple MacBook Pro MC700LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop. The graphics are so clear, it is so fast and so light weight to carry anywhere. It is is more reliable and durable as compared to HP. You can check this out at

Read this opinion from an actual user, and you'll know why I recommend this laptop

If you still want to get the Hp Envy 14 Beats edition, you may find a good price for it here

Mac if you want something easy to operate.

PC if you want a good deal. i had both mac and pc, and they both hsve their issues, mac can only run so many things, while pc is used way more, but pc has big risks such as viruses and all this compatibility specs (for games and some apps) and i heard you can get a 360? sounds good if u ask me about the PCShould I buy a Macbook Pro or Hp Envy 14 Beats edition?
Mac is overpriced crap, they do get viruses, despite what the idiots say, pcs are easier to use, much more software, and generally a much better platform, mac fan boys have to defend their position, because they got ripped off for so much money when buying this crap, trust me...
HP Envy 14 -1260SE is lovely product, i am enjoying every bit of it. i would have rated it a five, only i was a lil bit disappointed with the size. i tot it was gonna be slightly bigger. the only reason i didnt return it is cos i shipped it already to Nigeria. the keyboard is excellent. i dont know wat people are saying about the touchpad, i have no problems with it at all. if u want a functional laptop that aint too big nor too small, u got the choice here. The beats logo in front doesn't light up, wish it did.
that is a tough one. both are very Good computers. But if you ask me i say get the Mac. because Mac OS X is a better operating system. if you never used it before you will love it. and the Mac can run Windows as well as os x at the same time. by running bootcamp. that HP can only run windows. so one thing is for sure. with the Mac you will always have all you need. that Hp you might not. they are both very nice but since they are both close to the same price i say go Mac. you can run windows and os x on ti and os x dose way more the n windows. and gaming on the Mac is now becoming more available with steam so yeah. go Mac. i used to own a Mac but i sold it. and i regret it. :-(
If you get some ****** saying get the Windows because its cheaper, better, blah blah blah don't listen to them

Both are really good in their own right.

Mac's are good in a sense that they are easy to use, there are viruses but very few, not enough to feel threatened about.

Windows are good because they are versatile, they are used all around, more programs, and its easier to repair them granted something goes wrong. The thing that has me with the Windows is the Xbox, it seems like a good deal.

Like i said, both are very good in their own right. I have Windows on my Mac because i enjoy Windows, and i would do the same if i could install Mac on my Windows.

Mac = ease of use, expensive, small amount of apps, can install Windows, etc.

Windows = versatile, cheap, a lot of stuff out there, etc.
The new 13-inch MacBook Pro. The state-of-the-art dual-core Intel i5 processor delivers up to 2x faster performance (over the previous generation of MacBook Pro). New Thunderbolt technology lets you connect high-performance peripherals and high-resolution displays to a single port, and transfer files at lightning speeds. And with the new built-in FaceTime HD camera, you can make astonishingly crisp HD video calls.

With the revolutionary Thunderbolt technology, you'll be able to achieve bi-directional channels with transfer speeds to peripherals like external hard drives and servers up to an amazing 10 Gbps--while also connecting to a DisplayPort-compatible high-resolution display.
