Whats a good spec for the custom hp envy 14?

i just brought the envy 14 with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-720QM Quad Core processor (1.6GHz, 6MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 2.8 GHz and 6 gb ram.

But i am having doubts about it. i feel like i should have gotten the Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-580M Dual Core Processor (2.66GHz, 3MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 3.33GHz with 8 gb ram.

In the short term, the i5 would be faster, however over the next few years as 64-bit software becomes more common place, you'll find that your i7 will perform much better than the i5.



Just wait for 64 bit games and you'll really feel the difference.
