HP Envy 14 or Macbook?

i know i know, this may sound like a wierd question, but i am curious, which one? im joining the military and i really want a laptop to last me through college and the service. I would like it to (obviously) have good reliability and good battery life, but also be able to handle some games World in Conflict, RTS games, so which one? should i go for the mac or the HP? and plz no fanboy answers i want a genuine answer please and thanks!!HP Envy 14 or Macbook?
Why even ask. Honestly unless you're going to be doing intensive image and video editing... I say go with the HP envy. It's really no competition. If you're going to play games on it, have goot batter life, and last, then go for the pc. You'll have problems trying to play some games on the mac and you'll also get considerably less powerful specs. Not being a fanboy as I own a mac and enjoy it, just telling you what I think. macs are just confusing due to single click. bad graphics, terrible choice for gaming. but it can be left on for a while, but whats the point if u cant use it?

i just got the HP envy 14 beats edition and it is orgasmic. it is amazing. because it is a pc, it has a left and right click, specs are crazy good, but there is a problem with batteries. its supposed to be 6.5 hrs but there is a known issue trying to be solved by HP and that is there is only 2 hrs of battery life. but other than that, it is amazing. you will also enjoy music like never before. it has a built in EQ so you can adjust treble/bass to improve headphones or messed up MP3 quality of a certain song or maybe just a youtube video. a better question you could've asked was comparing 2 PC's, but between those 2... GET THE EVY, GOD DAMMIT :D
