I have a HP Envy 14...I recently bought an HDMI Cable to connect to my TV which has a HDMI connection also. The video has only been transmitted once...since then it hasn't worked. I think it could be more of a problem with my laptop...there might be some setting I have to activate...it had to restore my laptop so I might have to reset some things. Could you please tell me how to fix itHDMI Port Connection not Working?

Try this if you havent
1 - plug hdmi cord into computer
2- plug it into HDMI number 1
3 - change channel to HDMI 1
4 - it should work
