The ATI 5650 is the better card of everything you have listed.
The hierarchy is pretty much as follows. Intel's graphics are the bare bottom of the barrel. They bring a brand new work of suck to the equation. The ATI and nVidia will be better. The lower the number on the nVidia side, the lower it's performance. The 320 is is pretty low. Personally, I wouldn't get anything lower than an x60m nVidia card. The 445m is a pretty decent one.
You can also go to google.com and just look for benchmarks of each of the GPU's and see how they actually perform. But never buy any laptop with an Intel GPU for anything that involves playing games because they are terrible.
