Why does my computer say Runtime Error?

When I start my computer (HP Envy 14) two things pop up...

Firstly, it says

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program:...on Toolbar\BabylonToolbar\1.4.19.19\Babylon鈥?br>
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."



and



"RunDLL

There was a problem starting C:\Windows\system32\QYLOAD~1.DLL

The specified module could not be found."



How do I fix that and ensure that it doesn't appear again. it's really annoyingWhy does my computer say Runtime Error?
A reinstall will fix it although that is a bit drastic, it is Babylon causing the trouble as it always does hoik it out and get something else
