Is the HP envy 14 beats good for gaming?

okay so im deciding in which laptops to get for boarding school and i need a portable one for casual-semi intense gaming and i found the hp envy 14 beats edition and im not allowed to get a gaming laptop. with a i5 or i7 with 4gigs of ram and ati raedon 5650 with 1gigs of dedicated memory, would i be able to play recent game like cod black ops in med to high settings with playable framerates and other recent game too?Is the HP envy 14 beats good for gaming?
