How do i turn on the action keys on my HP Envy 14?

The Function keys on my Envy also acts as the action keys...i would like to change from the function keys(F1-F12), to the action keys that display the pictures depicting what they do.How do i turn on the action keys on my HP Envy 14?
I dont have that exact laptop. but i do have an HP and there should be a little "fn" key on the bottum right of the keyboard. If you hold it and press the other buttons with boxes around them like the "fn" key does than it should work.
